About the position:
You will be the primary IT contact for the organization's employees, ensuring the smooth operation of daily IT services.
In this position, you will coordinate incident resolution with internal and external teams, contribute to the improvement of IT services, and help ensure the reliable operation of IT solutions in an international environment.

Main responsibilities:
- Providing IT support to employees and business units.
- Recording, analyzing and coordinating incidents and requests with internal teams and external partners.
- Maintaining workplace equipment and coordinating upgrades.
- Initial diagnostics of problems with Microsoft 365, user management, mobile devices and other IT solutions.
- Collaborating in resolving infrastructure, application and network incidents.
- Working with IT service management and task tracking systems.
- Preparing IT documentation, knowledge base and user instructions.
- Providing consultations to employees on IT issues.
- Participation in IT projects and implementation of new solutions.
What to expect:
- Experience in IT support, IT operations or similar.
- General understanding of Microsoft 365, identity management, mobile device administration and computer networks.
- Ability to independently analyze problems and coordinate their resolution.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English for working in an international environment.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
