We are currently inviting an IT Business Analyst to join the SKUBA team, who will ensure effective communication between different departments and the IT team, collecting business needs, structuring processes and turning them into clear tasks for programmers.

Primary responsibilities
Communicate with different departments of the company;
Collect, analyze and structure business needs;
Analyze existing processes and propose solutions for their optimization;
Model processes (diagrams, descriptions);
Prepare functional requirements (user stories, specifications);
Transfer clearly formulated tasks to the IT / programming team;
Participate in testing and implementation of solutions;
Ensure that IT solutions meet business needs.
