Main responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze IT service quality indicators, initiate corrective actions
- Provide consultations to clients on IT processes and non-standard issues
- Resolve systemic IT issues and coordinate activities between client and IT teams
- Ensure smooth management of customer relationships
- Represent client interests in IT activities and IT interests for the client
- Manage client expectations, solve problems, prepare proposals for their solution
- Ensure that IT initiatives are aligned with business priorities
- Provide proposals for IT activity optimization, innovation and automation
What do we expect?
- Higher education (preferably in the field of technological sciences)
- Work experience in the IT field
- Knowledge of IT activity management, ITIL methodologies and processes
- Understanding of IT finances (costs, investments, planning, control)
- Ability to analyze large amounts of information and summarize the conclusions
- Experience in analyzing business needs and translating them into IT language
- Effective communication skills, ability to communicate with IT and business representatives of various levels
- Proactivity, result orientation, responsibility
- Ability to combine different interests and make decisions
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Fluent Lithuanian, good knowledge of English (B2 or higher)
