Your responsibilities will be:
- manage business system requests, resolve incidents and ensure adequate response time;
- improve business management systems, provide recommendations, conduct testing, contribute to system development and ensure their efficiency and functionality;
- cooperate with 3rd parties in resolving system failures and other technical issues;
- participate in the implementation of new IT systems and the implementation of their development projects;
- prepare system documentation, reports and descriptions of internal processes, consult colleagues on system usage issues and provide recommendations.
We hope you:
- have a higher education in the field of IT;
- have at least 2 years of work experience in systems administration;
- know how to effectively solve problems, analyze situations and plan work processes and your time;
- have worked with CRM and/or ERP systems;
- are characterized by analytical thinking, responsibility, independence, communication skills and an orientation towards achieving results.
