Primary responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and user needs related to business systems used in the company;
- Prepare requirements documents, functional specifications, process descriptions and other documentation related to system changes;
- Coordinate requirements and solutions with business representatives, IT teams, system suppliers and other interested parties;
- Coordinate the implementation of system changes and the implementation of changes;
- Participate in testing, consult and train users, prepare instructions and provide proposals for the improvement of processes and systems.

Employee requirements
- Higher university education in information systems, business administration, data management or a related field and 2-3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Ability to analyze business processes, understand user needs and translate them into clear IT system requirements and functional specifications;
- Good understanding of IT system operation, integrations, data flows, testing and change implementation processes;
- Ability to coordinate the implementation of system changes;
- Analytical thinking, independence, responsibility for results, ability to structure information and solve problems.
