We are looking for an Embedded Software Tester to join our growing team and be responsible for testing embedded software across all of our products.
In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that embedded software (FW) and hardware (HW) are tested to the highest quality. We place high quality demands on our products, so you will have the opportunity to contribute to both product function validation and test logic development. You will work with products such as Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Heat Pumps, Inverters, EV Charging Stations, BMS and EMS systems.
This is a critical position that ensures that our products are of high quality from the idea stage to the end customer.

You will work with products such as Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Heat Pumps, Inverters, EV Charging Stations, BMS and EMS systems.
This is a critical position that ensures that our products are of high quality from the idea stage to the end customer.
🔥 Main responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive and detailed test scenarios and tests based on technical requirements.
- Execute embedded software and product test plans, performing tests using a wide range of different test types, from functional to system tests.
- Analyze test results and identify the root causes of errors found, providing programmers with clear insights and areas for improvement.
- Use real products and laboratory equipment and internal testing tools to replicate the operating conditions of the customer's solution.
- Work closely with teams of professionals from different fields to detect, reproduce, analyze, document errors and suggestions.
- Prepare clear reports and documentation, present detected errors to the responsible teams.
- Use the Jira system for test planning and error logging on a daily basis.
- Improve testing processes and methods.
🎯 What do we expect from you?
- Higher education in engineering (electrical, electronic, mechanical, energy or similar field)
- 2+ years of work experience in embedded application systems (FW), hardware (HW) or software (SW) testing.
- Work experience in developing clear and detailed test scenarios and tests
- Analytical thinking and ability to understand technical aspects of products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail to identify root causes of errors and evaluate complex problems.
- Excellent organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple testing phases and tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g. Jira, Zephyr Scale).
- Good knowledge of English.
✨Big plus:
- Experience working with test and laboratory equipment (e.g. multimeter, power supply, etc.).
- Practical work experience in test automation (HW / FW / SW).
- Experience with heat pumps, batteries or energy storage systems, EV charging stations and inverters.
- Any other relevant experience that you believe makes you a suitable candidate for this position.
