Our client, a rapidly growing company manufacturing drone components that meet the highest safety requirements, is inviting an Embedded Systems Engineer to join the team.
Nature of work
The main function of this position is to develop and improve electronic products from idea to production.
You will design and develop electronic and RF circuits, PCB design, select components, taking into account their technical characteristics, availability and price. You will write and improve embedded system software that controls the manufactured products.
You will develop testing algorithms to ensure that products meet the required quality and performance standards. You will also design and program test equipment, ensuring their smooth operation. You will actively use the capabilities of artificial intelligence.
During the work process, you will mainly collaborate within the R&D team, contribute to product development decision-making and automation of production and engineering processes.

We also expect you to have particularly strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, enjoy solving complex technical problems, building prototypes and being able to learn quickly from results. We value independence, responsibility, and the desire to contribute to the entire product life cycle - from idea to serial production.
- have a higher education in electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications or a similar field (or particularly significant work experience);
- have experience in designing and developing electronics and RF (radio frequency) circuits;
- have experience in PCB design (e.g. Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle or similar), including routing RF signals;
- have experience in embedded systems programming (e.g. C/C++, Python, Rust or similar);
- have experience in developing and executing test algorithms and assembling and programming test equipment;
- be able to use artificial intelligence tools;
- speak and write Lithuanian and English fluently.

- 4000 - 6000 Eur gross salary per month. The specific remuneration system will depend on your experience and demonstrated competencies.
