Your main responsibilities:
We are looking for a braces technologist who would contribute to the development of production processes, the implementation of new technologies and the creation of high-quality products. This is a position for someone who is interested not only in implementing processes, but also in creating, improving them and finding the most effective solutions.
What will you do?
What will you do?
- You will implement new technologies in production;
- You will conduct tests and experimental studies of technological production modes;
- You will improve production processes and operations;
- You will participate in production standardization processes;
- You will create and model individual 3D models of leg braces according to anatomical, biomechanical and functional requirements;
- You will prepare 3D models for production using CAD/CAM systems;
- You will prepare and update technological and production documentation;
- You will organize and supervise the preparation of production tools;
- You will train and consult production personnel.
- Evaluate and coordinate technological aspects of manufacturing outsourcing;
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners on technology issues.
- Contribute to improving production efficiency and quality.
We hope you:
- Have an engineering or technological education;
- You are well versed in production technological processes;
- You have knowledge in the field of materials science, especially in the fields of composite materials, their forming and processing technologies;
- You are able to work with computer modeling systems;
- You have the basics of CNC technologies or practical experience;
- You are able to analyze situations and solve non-standard technical problems;
- You think systematically and are oriented towards process optimization;
- You are proactive, responsible and able to adapt to changing needs.
Advantages:
- Experience in manufacturing technologies, composite materials or orthopedic products;
- Experience in implementing new manufacturing processes or technologies;
- Experience working with CAD/CAM systems;
- Practical 3D modeling skills (Rhino, Freeform, Blender or similar).
