- Initiate and implement the organization's internal communication actions;
- Develop internal communication channels;
- Take care of the creation and implementation of employer and other image communication projects;
- Create engaging content for internal and external audiences;

We hope that you:
- You have at least 3 years of work experience in communication or related fields;
- You have a university degree or equivalent in communication, media, philology or other social sciences;
- You have excellent Lithuanian language skills, want and are able to create engaging texts;
- You are extremely attentive to details and can perfectly combine textual and visual solutions;
- You are able to independently plan and organize communication project activities, choose working methods, manage information flows;
- You have excellent collaboration and communication skills, and also want to act and create together!
