🐝Finbee is a leading peer-to-peer lending and crowdfunding platform in Lithuania, which is currently inviting a Junior Active Sales Manager (B2B) to join its professional team.
Nature of work:
- Active sales of services by phone, to existing or potential customers who were interested in credit services (B2B);
- Search for new customers, “cold” calls;
- Professional customer service by phone and e-mail, providing detailed information about financing options;
- CRM system – all actions and agreements are clearly and accurately recorded, work with received requests in the CRM system;
- Analysis of customer needs and provision of loan offers.
We hope you:
- You have experience in sales (B2C or B2B sectors) and want to continue to grow in this area;
- You have experience in “cold” calls, and you like it;
- You care about a positive customer experience. You are able to manage the sales process – from the first contact to the proposal and agreement on cooperation;
- You are able to listen, clearly and convincingly present the advantages of the offer, helping customers make the best decision;
- You are independent, have excellent time management skills, can do several tasks at once;
- You are proactive, result-oriented and it is important for you to achieve more than the “minimum plan”.
