We invite a Junior Financial Analyst to join our strong finance team. This position is intended for someone who wants not only to prepare reports, but also to understand how business decisions are made. You will work with different companies in the group, participate in budgeting, investment project evaluation and performance analysis processes, and your insights will contribute to real business decisions. NATURE OF WORK:

  • Together with the team, you will be responsible for the analysis of financial and performance indicators of several companies in the group.
  • You will contribute to the quality assurance of financial data, accounting control and supervision of norms.
  • You will participate in the preparation of the company's annual budget and monitor its implementation.
  • You will evaluate investment projects, analyze their payback and prepare financial scenarios.
  • You will prepare and analyze weekly, monthly and annual reports.
  • You will contribute to business process, report preparation and analysis automation initiatives
  • You will prepare and submit reports to external institutions (e.g., the statistics department).
  • You will contribute to the administration of insurance and financial contracts and monitoring their effectiveness.
  • You will prepare various non-standard analyses and reports

WE HOPE YOU:

  • You have a higher education in finance, economics or a similar field or are a final year student.
  • You have practical experience in the field of finance, auditing or business analysis (we also value professional practice during your studies).
  • You are able to work with and analyze large amounts of data, and you are good at Excel.
  • You are familiar with business accounting processes.
  • You have good command of English (written and spoken).
  • You are analytical, responsible and able to work both independently and in a team.
  • You are receptive to innovations and focused on growth.
Place of work – Vilniaus st. 10, Grigiškės, Vilnius.
Working hours – 7:30-16:30 (Friday 7:30-15:30)
