JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

● Reconciliation of purchase invoices and data reconciliation.
● Preparation and issuance of credit invoices.
● Reconciliation of debts and mutual settlements with customers and suppliers, preparation of reconciliation acts and organization of signing, communication with debt collection companies.
● Assistance to the chief accountant in preparing and processing documents for German (DE) and French (FR) accounting departments.
● Entering working time accounting data (table) into the “Optimum” program.
● Purchasing airline tickets for service staff.
● Registering and administering supply contracts.
● Performing administrative tasks: ordering flyers and business cards, organizing Christmas gifts and other tasks related to company administration.
● Assisting in organizing and coordinating company events.
● Other tasks assigned by the chief accountant.

● Experience in administration, accounting or similar work.
● Higher/higher accounting education is a great advantage.
● Experience with the accounting program Optimum (advantage).
● Knowledge of accounting basics.
● Responsibility, diligence, communication skills, honesty, organization.

● Salary up to 1500 Eur "IN HANDS" (Salary will depend on: qualifications, work experience).
