Nature of work
- organization of vehicle repair work;
- organization of property maintenance work, assistance to the warehouseman (loading, unloading, etc.);
- communication with suppliers, services, colleagues within the scope of functions;
- improvement of the efficiency of transport operations (reporting, analysis);
- work with GPAIS, INTRASTAT systems and reporting;
- registration of insurance events, communication with insurance companies, data provision, etc.;
- maintenance of the car fleet, transfer to the company's employees.
Employee requirements
- higher education (business and management, engineering, exact sciences);
- experience in the transport, logistics, automotive, warehouse sectors;
- ability to manage information, make the best possible decision, after assessing priorities and company needs;
- ability to respond promptly, analytical thinking, attention to detail, critical thinking;
- knowledge of English at least level B1;
- driver's license.
