Nature of work
- real estate management, organization of activities, systematization of related information (GPAIS, INTRASTAT), document administration; approval of supplier invoices, cost allocation and control;
- Organization of sale of real estate unsuitable and unnecessary for the company's activities or other procedures, provision of conclusions and recommendations, aiming at the effective use of administrative buildings;
- Perform unloading, loading using a forklift or gantry crane as needed (if you do not have a license, we will provide the opportunity to obtain them together with the necessary training);
- Preparation of transport reports (internal/external income, fuel deviations, load capacity), monitoring and control;
- Preparation and adjustment of department orders, instructions;
- Coordination of new contracts with service providers, control of contract terms and values;
- Work with the electronic transport management system;
- Organization of transport fleet repairs, rentals, purchases and sales;
- consulting employees on transport management issues.
Employee requirements
- higher education;
- work experience in the field of transport/logistics/warehouse maintenance;
- ability to apply modern information technologies at work, innovation;
- general knowledge of vehicles and mechanisms;
- excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office package);
- category B driver's license (another category is an advantage);
- independence, initiative and a responsible attitude to work.
