Junior Accountant | Networking Solutions

We are looking for a junior accountant to join the accounting department in Kaunas. In this position, you will have a variety of accounting work, the opportunity to apply your knowledge, gain new experience and contribute to the improvement of accounting processes.

Teltonika Networks develops and manufactures unique Internet of Things devices. We are expanding our team and are looking for an accountant for the accounting department in Kaunas, who will be responsible for performing assigned accounting functions and correctly preparing accounting documents.

In this position, you will:

• Issuing sales invoices in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, internal company procedures and orders for customers in EU countries and third countries;
• Compiling export supporting documents in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Value Added Tax (VAT);
• Accounting for primary accounting documents, purchases of goods, inventories and services;
• Performing other accounting-related tasks.

What we expect from you:

• Higher or higher education in accounting, finance, economics;
• Up to 1 year of experience in accounting;
• Knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania that regulate accounting, taxes and the ability to apply them in practice;
• Good skills in working with MS Office programs, especially MS Excel;
• Knowledge of English (written);
• Work experience with the accounting program Rivilė GAMA (advantage);
• Attention to detail, initiative and the ability to solve problems independently;
• The ability to properly plan work, set priorities and meet deadlines;
• Flexibility, the ability to adapt to changes and work effectively in a team.

Salary:

We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches your skills and competence. The salary for this position ranges from 11 Eur/h to 14 Eur/h (~1848 Eur – 2352 Eur) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence, with the possibility of receiving bonuses.

• The employment contract indicates a fixed hourly salary excluding taxes.
