Junior Accounting Assistant 0.5 full-time position

By joining our team, you will help ensure that accounting documents are properly generated, verified and administered. At the beginning of the work, we will introduce you to the system and daily processes, so the most important thing is attentiveness, diligence and a desire to learn.

Your main tasks would be:

• scan invoices and other accounting documents and upload them to the accounting system;
• review the account data recognized by the system and, if necessary, correct them;
• issue invoices based on the information provided;
• prepare, send and administer debt reconciliation acts;
• sort, systematize and archive documents;
• assist the accounting team in performing daily tasks.

What we expect from you:

• basic understanding of accounting or a desire to deepen this knowledge in practice;
• diligence, attention to detail and a responsible approach to work;
• computer literacy and a desire to learn how to work with an accounting system;
• the ability to work with documents, follow established procedures and deadlines;
• independence in performing assigned tasks, but at the same time - the courage to ask questions when something is unclear;
• a desire to learn and contribute to the smooth work of the team.

Similar work experience is not necessary - we will introduce you to the system and daily processes at the beginning of the job. Your diligence, responsibility and desire to learn are the most important things for us.

600-830 €/mon. gross
Salary: 600–830 EUR gross for 0.5 full-time position, depending on knowledge, diligence and independence.

If the cooperation is successful for both parties, there would be an opportunity to increase the workload in the future and at the same time increase the salary.
