JUNIOR ARCHITECT / DESIGNER

We are looking for someone who would join the residential real estate projects developed by OHA Development and gradually take on more and more responsibility for their design and implementation.

The work is diverse and practical - from architectural and interior solutions to individual furniture, technical drawings and their real implementation in objects.

Main tasks:

• preparation and correction of architectural and interior drawings;
• detailing of design solutions;
• design of individual furniture and other interior elements;
• preparation of technical documentation, specifications and materials;
• checking dimensions, drawings and other design information;
• cooperation with architects, designers, contractors, manufacturers and suppliers;
• solving issues of real project implementation;
• gradual assumption of greater responsibility for individual projects and their results.

You will work with real real estate projects under development, so we are looking for someone who is interested not only in preparing a drawing, but also in seeing how their solutions are implemented in reality.

What matters to us is not the longest CV or length of service, but diligence, responsibility and the ability to complete the work with high quality to the end.

We hope that:

• you are studying in the last courses of architecture studies or have completed studies in architecture / a related field;
• you have good spatial and technical thinking;
• you notice details and check your work yourself before submitting the result;
• you are able to independently search for information and solutions;
• you meet agreed deadlines and inform about problems before they become delays;
• you learn quickly and are able to accept feedback;
• you try not to repeat the same mistakes a second time;
• you are able to work with at least one of the main architectural design programs (AutoCAD / Revit / Archicad or others);
• 3D modeling and visualization skills are an advantage;
• English language skills are an advantage.

Experience is an advantage, but not the main selection criterion.

If you don't have much professional experience yet, but you are someone who naturally cares about getting the job done accurately, neatly, and to the end, we want to get to know you.

We are not looking for a person for one specific task, but a potential long-term member of the OHA Development team.

At first, you will work with specific design and technical tasks, but based on your abilities and results, you will be able to gradually take on more and more responsibility for real real estate projects.
