Junior Architect

Your main task as an architectural assistant is to design and develop architectural solutions for apartment buildings.

To do this, in this position, you will:

• Prepare architectural design proposals and technical working drawings for apartment buildings.
• Develop and detail architectural solutions, prepare component, detail and other design drawings.
• Coordinate architectural solutions with designers of structures, engineering systems and other areas.
• Prepare and administer project documentation, ensuring its quality and compliance with applicable legislation.
• You will collaborate with development, construction, sales teams, municipal institutions and external partners.
• You will participate in the project development process from initial ideas and concepts to obtaining a building permit and project implementation.

The offered salary is from 1600 to 2800 euros before taxes (depending on competencies)
