- NORTHWAY ĮMONIŲ GRUPĖ
Nature of work:
- Perform routine tasks related to the implementation of new products, development of biosynthetic processes and transfer of processes to the production scale;
- Perform experiments under the supervision of senior biotechnologists;
- Growing various producer cells (microbial and mammalian) in automated bioreactor systems. Maintenance of bioreactors, feeding, monitoring of key biosynthetic parameters and metabolite analyses.
- Work in accordance with the requirements of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and standard operating procedures;
- Communication and reporting of work status to the group leader, senior biotechnologists;
- Rotating work schedule, shift work.
Employee requirements:
- Higher education in the field of natural sciences (bioengineering, chemistry, biotechnology, etc.);
- Experience in biosynthetic processes/genetic engineering is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of cell biology, microbiology and biotechnology;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Excellent Lithuanian and English.
