We are looking for a Junior Payroll Accountant who would like to grow with our professional and friendly team. In this position, you will gain valuable practical experience in the field of payroll accounting, working with Lithuanian and international clients. Main responsibilities:
- Calculating wages for clients in accordance with the requirements of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
- Administration of employee data and payroll-related documentation.
- Preparation of payroll reports and provision of information to clients and team members.
- Assistance in ensuring smooth and high-quality provision of payroll accounting services.
- Compliance with legal acts, internal procedures and client requirements in daily activities.
- Ensuring confidentiality of employee, client and company information
The most important requirements for the candidate:
- Education in economics, finance, accounting or related field.
- Previous work experience in payroll, accounting, financial administration or similar field.
- Experience working with payroll and accounting systems (e.g. Rivilė, Navision) would be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Lithuanian labor law, payroll and tax regulations.
- Very good knowledge of English and excellent knowledge of Lithuanian.
- Diligence, attention to detail, accuracy and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
