We are currently recruiting a Junior Insurance Consultant in Radviliškis to join our team. In this position, you will build strong and long-term relationships with clients, achieving both your personal and team results.

What will your workday look like?

• Working with a market leader: you will work under an employment contract in the largest non-life insurance services company in Lithuania, which is constantly growing, innovating and maintaining a long-standing leading position in the market
• Expertise in the field of non-life insurance: you will become an expert in non-life insurance products, able to meet the needs of customers in protecting their property, transport or health.
• Customer Consulting and Sales: You will sincerely care for both new and existing customers, in various ways that are convenient for them: via video consultations, by phone or in person
• Digitalization: Our constantly improved and developed digital systems provide convenient opportunities to plan your working day, communicate with customers, properly serve them and provide the highest quality services and exceptional attention during remote consulting (with the help of MS Teams)
• Competence Development: You will spend the first months of work mastering knowledge of non-life insurance products, company systems and processes used in daily activities. You will also improve your sales skills with internal and external lecturers
• Recognition and self-realization: You will participate in various company projects and initiatives, provide your suggestions and ideas, and contribute to the development of new solutions

The salary range for this position is 1,300 – 3,000 Eur before tax and consists of a fixed part and a monthly bonus, which depends on the results achieved.
