YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities of a junior expedition manager are adjusted individually – taking into account the employee’s competencies, strengths and professional aspirations. In some teams or departments, greater attention is paid to communication, communication between partners and customers, in others – to analytical skills, work with systems and process data analysis. In this way, each team member is provided with the opportunity to work according to his strengths and develop in the chosen direction.

- Daily communication with customers, partners and carriers by phone and e-mail 📞✉️
- Monitoring the cargo transportation process and providing relevant information to customers;
- Registration and administration of orders in the company’s systems;
- Coordination of cargo loading and unloading times and organization of reservations
- Documentation management – checking and coordinating CMR, invoices, loading documents and other accompanying documents 📝
- Prompt response to discrepancies or unforeseen situations in the transportation process
- Cooperation with team members and assistance to colleagues in achieving common goals

WE HOPE:
- You have an education or are a final year student and can work full-time;
- You are fluent in English (spoken and written);
- You have mastered Russian (a big advantage);
- You are organized, responsible and have good communication skills;
- You are goal-oriented, quickly orientated in various situations and want to improve in the field of transport / logistics;
- You are active, proactive and persistent in achieving results;
- You have experience in the field of transport - this would be a big advantage. 🚛
