JUNIOR ENGINEER IN THE SERVICE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT - TV TOWER

🔹 Monitoring of networks, data centers, IT infrastructures and other services maintained by the company;
🔹 Prompt elimination of malfunctions in the services provided, their coordination;
🔹 Timely provision of information to responsible persons;
🔹 Serving business and physical customers by phone and e-mail, working with internal company systems;
🔹 Performing tasks assigned by the direct manager and assisting colleagues;
🔹 Working on a rotating schedule (including nights).

🔹 Higher or higher technical education (can be a 1st-4th year student);
🔹 Interest in TV, radio, IP networks, Cloud, Hosting platforms, cybersecurity;
🔹 Good knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP; DNS; DHCP);
🔹 Communicative skills, initiative, responsibility;
🔹 Good knowledge of English;
🔹 Logical and analytical thinking, ability to analyze and systematize information;
🔹 Experience working with Cloud clients, registering appeals, and resolving incidents would be considered a great advantage.
