We are currently looking for a new Coffee Friend to join the finance team - a Junior Inventory Analyst, who will contribute to the daily tasks of our product inventory analytics.

We are currently looking for a new Coffee Friend to join the finance team - a Junior Inventory Analyst, who will contribute to the daily tasks of our product inventory analytics.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation, analysis and continuous updating of financial and operational reports and KPIs for inventories
- Data analysis and preparation of ad hoc reports according to the needs of different departments
- Evaluation of inventory management and related business processes and provision of improvement proposals
- Development, improvement and maintenance of analytical tools
- Other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager
WE HOPE YOU:
- Higher education in finance, economics, applied mathematics or similar field
- Advanced MS Excel skills and strong analytical and logical thinking
- Diligence, attention to detail, initiative and sense of responsibility
- Ability to effectively plan time and manage tasks
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
We would consider it an advantage if you have experience working with:
- MS Power BI or other BI tools
- inventory management / warehouse management systems
