What responsibilities will we entrust?
- You will need to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers through daily communication, including managing incoming and outgoing calls;
- You will be required to ensure accurate and timely entry of incidents into the CRM system for smooth further processing, coordination with senior engineers and resolution;
- You will monitor customer inquiries and operational tasks, ensuring a high level of satisfaction;
- You will analyze monitoring system data and inform senior engineers about recorded failures;
- You will prepare quarterly and annual reports on the objects under maintenance;
- You will collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and improve customer experience;
- You will effectively and accurately manage billing documents, returns and referrals.
We hope you
- You would have completed your bachelor's degree, preferably in the field of renewable energy;
- You would have more than basic theoretical knowledge in the field of electrical engineering;
- You would know the basic principles of connecting and operating solar power plant elements;
- You would speak/write English fluently;
