Nature of work
Supervising the tasks of the export department, preparing reports, submitting settlement materials to the manager;
Participation in various company projects, monitoring the status of projects;
Preparation of relevant documentation for settlements and other meetings;
Preparation of orders, minutes of meetings;
Prepares and timely submits sales analyses, reports to the manager;
Provides assistance to export managers in preparing reports, calculations, analyses;
Works with analytical program Business Object;
Receives and provides information by phone and email;
And performs other small tasks of the export department.
Place of work - Telšiai.

Employee requirements
Not lower than higher education;
Experience in similar work is an advantage;
Excellent oral and written Lithuanian language, good knowledge of English (B2 level) or Russian;
Excellent skills in working with the Microsoft Office suite of office programs;
Flexibility to work both in a team and independently;
Responsibility, reliability, competence to work with confidential information;
Initiative, activity, independence and orientation to results.
The employment contract is open-ended.
