Your daily tasks:
We expect from you:
After joining, you will receive:
- You will ensure smooth administration of customer inquiries;
- You will prepare commercial offers and contribute to pricing calculations, thus assisting the export team;
- You will communicate with international customers and partners and resolve their daily issues;
- You will prepare the documentation necessary for export and cooperate with internal departments (production, R&D, etc.);
- You will manage and systematize information about products, prices and customers;
- You will contribute to improving processes by looking for more efficient ways of working.
We expect from you:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, sales or export;
- Good English skills (not lower than B2) and easy communication and collaboration in a team;
- Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Diligence, responsibility and the ability to plan your time when working with different tasks;
- Initiative and desire to contribute to the improvement and efficiency of processes.
