Nature of work
At UAB Vakarų Baltijos laivų statykla you will be responsible for:
Assisting the production manager in planning, brigade work;
Ensuring safety requirements at workplaces, preparing workplaces;
Filling in the brigade's work time log, submitting work to the quality inspector;
You will have the opportunity to learn:
How work planning is carried out;
How planned work is delegated;
Checking the quality of the work performed, determining whether the work has been performed qualitatively;
You will learn what safe work is and how to ensure it at the workplace.
We believe that you would be most successful if you:
You have a higher engineering education or are a final year student (engineering studies are an advantage);
You speak English or Russian;
You are motivated, want to learn and pursue a career.
