Nature of work
- Organization and coordination of production work in the shipbuilding and repair shop;
- Ensuring compliance with technological processes, work quality and safety requirements;
- Allocating tasks to employees and controlling their performance;
- Supervision of the production process, solving daily technical and organizational issues;
- Cooperation with other departments and ensuring a smooth work process.
Work on business trips in the Netherlands.
We hope you
- You have an engineering or technical education (we would consider the following areas as an advantage: mechanics, mechatronics, shipbuilding, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, welding, heavy machinery mechanics);
- You are able to read 2D technical drawings and diagrams;
- You have skills in using measuring tools;
- You have basic knowledge of materials (steel, aluminum) and basic production processes: cutting, grinding, welding and assembly;
- You are familiar with occupational safety requirements;
- You are organized, responsible and able to work in a multicultural team;
- You are motivated to learn and pursue a career;
- You speak English or Russian.
