Primary responsibilities
- Track deadlines for the execution of tasks by team members and subcontractors and the provision of information.
- Systematically communicate with team members and subcontractors about expected responses, ensuring smooth progress of work.
- Inform responsible employees in a timely manner about delays, outstanding issues or possible project errors.
- Make corrections to drawings in the AutoCAD program according to the instructions of the project manager or responsible engineer, and record changes.
- Organize drawings, provide comments and prepare summary plans of outdoor and internal engineering networks.
- Check design solutions, document files and provide comments to final files.
- Monitor versions of documents and drawings, ensure that project participants use relevant information.
- Assist project managers and engineers in preparing materials for meetings, recording completed work and performing other administrative work related to projects.
What is expected of the candidate?
- Technical or engineering background (may be recent graduates).
- Basic AutoCAD skills.
- Ability to read, organize, and compare technical drawings.
- Attention to detail, thoroughness, and a responsible attitude to deadlines.
- Ability to plan daily tasks and coordinate the needs of multiple team members.
- Initiative, persistence, and the courage to remind about expected work or responses.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop in the field of engineering projects.
