- You will contribute to the important mission of helping people receive quality energy services;
- You will help customers resolve issues regarding bills, malfunctions, connections and other services;
- You will provide clear information and find the most appropriate solutions;
- You will create a positive customer experience during every conversation.
💜 This position is suitable for you if:
- You are curious and do not get overwhelmed by a large amount of information;
- You will be able to participate in training for 9 days from 8:00 to 16:30 starting from October 5;
- Do not feel afraid to communicate with clients by phone;
- You can work 0.5, 0.75 or 1 full-time;
- You are a sociable and responsible person;
- You like to help others solve situations;
- You understand that it is especially important to provide clients with information in a pleasant and high-quality way;
- Can you speak English or Russian fluently? A big advantage!
