ALTAS AUTO, the leader in the production of small and medium-sized buses, is strengthening its team and is looking for a junior customer order manager.
We are looking for a responsible and organized specialist who will help coordinate the bus purchasing and transportation processes, take care of the delivery of the final product to customers, administer related documents and register data in the company's information systems.

Nature of work:
- Entering and updating data related to bus remanufacturing in ERP.
- Issuing/sending sales documents (pro forma invoices, invoices) to buyers.
- Collecting, grouping and submitting sales documents (invoices, transport documents, confirmations of receipt of goods, export declarations) to accounting.
- Assisting the order administration manager in organizing bus transportation, submitting reports, and performing other tasks related to bus sales and transportation.

- You are fluent in English.
- You have a university/higher education (in management/business administration/logistics).
- You have work experience in logistics/sales management (an advantage).
- You are characterized by such personal qualities as: attention to detail, responsibility.
- You like working with numbers and data.
- You are excellent at planning work and meeting deadlines.

- Salary 2600-2750 Eur (gross). The specific salary is agreed with the candidate taking into account his experience, competencies and ability to independently achieve results.
