Nature of work
Supervise and control the compliance of production processes with approved technological cards, recipes and established standards;
Assess the quality, suitability and compliance of raw materials used in production with requirements;
Monitor technological processes, identify discrepancies and contribute to their resolution;
Analyze raw material consumption, product yields and production losses;
Participate in the preparation and updating of technological and calculation cards and other technological documentation;
Contribute to the efficiency of production processes and improvement of product quality;
Participate in the testing and introduction of new products into production.

For successful work you will need
Higher or vocational education in food technology, food safety or a related field;
Knowledge of the basics of food production technologies and technological processes;
Ability to assess the compliance of production processes with technological cards and recipes;
Knowledge of the basics of the Good Hygiene Practices (GHPT) and HACCP system;
Ability to analyze data, notice discrepancies and find solutions;
Responsibility, diligence, organization and willingness to learn.
Work experience in the field of food production or technology up to 1 year.
Knowledge of the basics of food production technologies and technological processes;

Knowledge of the basics of the Good Hygiene Practices (GHPT) and HACCP system;
