We are looking for a Junior Tax Consultant who wants to not only delve into taxes, but also see the real results of their work in clients' businesses.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn from tax professionals with many years of experience and work with real client situations from the very first days.
Together with the team, you will delve into clients' financial data, analyze tax regulations and look for smart, practical tax-saving solutions for various businesses. If you like to analyze, raise questions and look for the best solutions - there will definitely be no shortage of interesting tasks for you here.
You will work with companies of different sectors and sizes, learn to solve real business situations and gradually grow from analysis to independent client consulting.
This is a full-time hybrid position in Vilnius, with flexible opportunities to work remotely part of the time.

Employee requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or final year student) in tax law, accounting, finance or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability and willingness to analyze financial statements and draw appropriate conclusions.
- Customer-oriented approach and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).
- Basic tax knowledge or previous experience is an advantage.
