Nature of work:
- Systematically monitor Lithuanian real estate market trends, price dynamics, supply-demand balance and financing environment;
- Monitor and analyze target real estate projects (location, concept, target audience, sales progress);
- Collect and analyze data on the competitive real estate market and identify trends;
- Analyze rental and sales transactions, maintain statistics;
