Your future responsibilities:
We are looking for a responsible, communicative and customer (internal employee) service-oriented team member to join the Personnel Operations team. In this position, you will be the main contact person for the company's employees, provide information and resolve issues related to employment relations and other personnel administration processes. You will also contribute to daily HR administrative activities, helping personnel administrators ensure smooth implementation of processes. If you like communicating with people, are able to find answers to various questions and want to start or continue your career in the field of personnel administration - we are waiting for your candidacy!
Main job functions:

- Receive and administer incoming employee inquiries by phone and e-mail.
- Remotely consult employees on projects on employment relations, personnel administration and remuneration issues.
- Refer more complex questions to responsible specialists and ensure their resolution.
- Register and track inquiries in internal systems.
- Perform daily personnel administration tasks: entering and updating data in systems, document administration, extracting reports and data from systems, assisting personnel managers in carrying out administrative processes.
- Contribute to creating a quality employee service experience and improving processes.

- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in Lithuanian, English and Russian.
- You are able to professionally and promptly resolve various situations.
- You are meticulous, responsible and organized.
- You are able to work with a large amount of information and manage several tasks simultaneously.
- You have good computer skills.
- Experience in customer service or personnel administration would be an advantage.
