About the job position
You will prepare and manage technical documentation for projects, ensure that work is completed on time and within budget. You will coordinate the capitalization process of major assets and perform indirect material orders in the internal system.
Your responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage technical documentation of projects in accordance with legal state requirements, company standards and internal project management procedures and requirements
- Perform orders for indirect materials in the internal system
- Control the progress, costs, deadlines of assigned projects, in compliance with safety and quality requirements
- Perform capitalization of key assets
- Coordinate assigned safety/quality standards
- Actively communicate and ensure dissemination of communication to colleagues from other departments

Requirements:
- Higher education in engineering, food technology or economics (can be still studying)
- Production/engineering or project management experience
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (all documentation in English)
- Good computer skills
- Experience working with SAP system is an advantage
