Bunasta is looking for a Junior Systems Administrator to join their growing IT team and ensure the smooth operation of workstations and user environments on a daily basis.
This is a L1 IT Support and Systems Administration position for an entry-level specialist who wants to work in a real-world, dynamic and technically diverse environment, with the opportunity to grow to L2/L3 level.

Your main tasks
- You will prepare and maintain workstations and IT equipment. You will manage user accounts, access and devices.
- You will solve daily user problems related to login, equipment, software and access.
- You will work with our help desk: register, classify and solve user requests.
- You will identify incidents related to servers, network infrastructure (MikroTik), VPN or virtualization (VMware), perform initial diagnostics. If necessary, you will escalate them to responsible specialists and infrastructure partners.
- You will be the first point of contact for IT issues, ensuring incident registration, assessment and referral.
What do we expect from you?
- Basics of Windows operating systems and Active Directory.
- Basics of Microsoft 365 administration.
- Basic understanding of computer networks (TCP/IP, VPN, routers and switches), allowing you to identify the nature of the problem and perform initial diagnostics.
- Willing to learn and deepen your knowledge in the areas of server administration, virtualization and IT infrastructure.
- Very good Lithuanian language skills and knowledge of Russian or Polish.
- Responsibility, independence and problem-solving skills.
There would be advantages
- Experience working with VMware, MikroTik or Linux servers.
- Understanding of backup solutions and their principles of operation.
- Basics of Python programming.
- Experience working with Help Desk / Service Desk systems.
