The Claims Department currently administers claims for motor vehicle (casco), compulsory civil liability (TPVCA), property, travel, shopping, health and unemployment insurance and credit card liability insurance. The main responsibilities of the Junior Specialist: registration and distribution of claims/tasks, assistance to claims experts in administering claims and administration of the department's e-mail and incoming correspondence.
