We are looking for a colleague who would monitor the assembly process, measure the duration of operations and prepare clear instructions that would be convenient for employees to use.
If you do not yet have experience as a technologist, we invite you to apply - at the beginning of the work, the team will help you familiarize yourself with the assembly process and tasks.

Primary responsibilities
- Monitor bicycle assembly operations, measure their duration, analyze data, and help set or update working time standards;
- Prepare and update assembly instructions, including video instructions, and process cards;
- Work with shop floor staff to identify where assembly difficulties arise and help test process changes;
- Contribute to preparing assembly of new bicycle models and implementing new technologies and improving process processes in the shop;

Employee requirements
- Have a technical or engineering education or are currently studying in a related field;
- Knowledge of image editing programs;
- Ability to read and prepare technical documentation in English;
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions independently;
- You are analytical, responsible, attentive to details and accuracy.
We would consider the following as a great advantage:
- Work experience or practice in performing similar tasks in a manufacturing company;
- Skills in working with AutoCAD or technical drawing programs.
