Nature of work:
- Supporting effective communication with suppliers on issues of ongoing orders;
- Coordination and administration of documents necessary for order fulfillment;
- Administration of order fulfillment using the order management system "InRule";
- Communication with the logistics department regarding the status of existing orders and planning their delivery;
- Communication with suppliers regarding identified discrepancies and assistance in resolving them;
- Active cooperation with other departments of the company: quality, logistics, finance and sales;
- Performing other tasks assigned by the direct manager related to the purchase of products and maintaining relations with suppliers.
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education (in pharmacy, management, business administration or similar fields);
- Interest in the pharmaceutical field or experience in the pharmaceutical field is an advantage;
- Experience in a similar job position;
- Fluent communication in English, both verbally and in writing;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to analyze and systematize information;
- Self-confidence, internal motivation, activity, positivity, ability to achieve set goals;
- Diligence, attentiveness and responsibility;
- Ability to work flexibly both independently and in a team.
