Main tasks:
- Product master data administration;
- Creating new product cards, entering and maintaining attributes and logistical parameters in the database;
- Supporting supply processes;
- Daily formation of product orders to suppliers, their submission and execution control;
- Communication with suppliers;
- Operational communication with existing suppliers regarding order confirmation, delivery terms or any problems that have arisen;
- Monitoring of balances and demand;
- Assistance in analyzing product stocks and demand in order to ensure a smooth flow of goods.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written);
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel;
- Teamwork and cooperation;
- Analytical thinking and thoroughness, special attention to detail when entering a large amount of digital or textual information.
Advantages:
- Working with SAP;
- Experience with data management or similar work experience in managing databases, catalogs or product cards (master data);
- Knowledge/knowledge of electrical goods.
