Nature of work:
- Registration and administration of claims for compulsory third party liability insurance of vehicle owners, hull, cargo, freight forwarder and CMR insurance;
- Assessment of the circumstances and causes of insured events, determination of the amount of loss;
- Representation of clients in Lithuanian and foreign claims;
- Direct communication with clients, repair companies, insurance companies (Lithuanian and foreign);
- Management of claims registration, tracking and control processes from the event to full completion; preparation of reports and submission of proposals;
- Cooperation with other team members, sharing experience and good practices.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience in insurance claims administration (2 years of experience - an advantage);
- Understanding of vehicle repair technologies and damage assessment principles;
- Diligence, responsibility, attention to detail and initiative;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, good knowledge of English, knowledge of other languages (German, French) - an advantage;
- Good computer skills, experience with repair estimate programs - an advantage;
- Good communication skills.
