We invite a junior IT consultant to join our growing team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service, consulting by phone and email. You will also cooperate with the company's partners. You will ensure high customer service standards and a positive experience.

- High-quality customer service based on high standards;
- Receiving IT requests by phone, in the system, by email;
- Providing first-level support, consulting on IT issues, resolving incidents/requests;
- Collaborating with colleagues, customers and partners;
- Preparing/configuring new IT equipment;
- Working with the company's internal and customer systems.
Work schedule:
- Shift work, weekdays (from 08:00 to 22:00).
Requirements for the applicant
- Good communication skills;
- Good computer skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian (both verbal and written);
- Good technical knowledge of English;
- Ability to quickly absorb a large flow of information;
- Attentiveness, diligence and independence;
- Ability to work in an active and dynamic environment, to react promptly and solve problem situations.
Advantages:
- Basic knowledge of IT, IT equipment and its components;
- Knowledge of Russian (both verbal and written);
- Similar work experience;
- ITIL knowledge;
- Higher or higher education in IT studies (can be a final year student).
