Nature of work
- Carry out continuous maintenance of the company's computers and their devices and computer network;
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of information on computers;
- Perform computer equipment and other peripheral equipment maintenance, fault diagnostics;
- Organize repair work, perform software installation and update work;
- Store, copy and restore files of local network users, expand the computer network, install and connect new computerized workplaces;
- Advise and train the company's employees to work with computer and software;
- Carry out accounting of IT assets, provide recommendations on its renewal;
- Be able to plan, organize your work.
Employee requirements
- Education in the field of informatics or technology sciences;
- Work experience in an IT support service would be an advantage;
- Work experience in installing, servicing hardware and software would be an advantage;
- Basics of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office program package, computer technology;
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics Nav is an advantage;
- Knowledge of MS System Center products is an advantage;
- Knowledge of MS SharePoint is an advantage;
- Official Microsoft training (MOC) - an advantage;
- Good knowledge of English.
