Junior IT systems administrator

We are currently recruiting a Junior IT Systems Administrator to join the Technology and Innovation Department team in Vilnius. This position may be suitable if you are a student, have recently graduated from an IT major, or are interested in systems administration on your own and want to grow with an experienced team.

By joining our team:

you will maintain the company's computer workstations - install and update software, peripherals;

you will help colleagues solve daily IT issues;

you will perform basic Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, user account and access administration tasks;

you will install, configure and maintain Windows and Linux operating systems;

together with the team you will contribute to the maintenance of network infrastructure, servers, virtualization environments and backup processes;

you will learn and apply knowledge in practice by automating repetitive IT administration tasks using PowerShell, Power Automate or other tools;

you will contribute to information security, access management and maintaining orderly IT documentation.

you will provide assistance in developing information and cybersecurity processes related to NIS2 requirements, security monitoring and incident management;

you will perform initial analysis of security events, incident registration and escalation to responsible colleagues or external SOC partners;

you will assist colleagues in solving daily IT issues.

are familiar with Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint or OneDrive environments;

want to deepen your knowledge of servers, virtualization, backups, firewalls and network equipment;

are able to communicate clearly with colleagues, patiently explain technical matters and find solutions;

are responsible, meticulous, curious, want to learn and are not afraid to ask questions;

want to learn about cybersecurity processes, NIS2 principles, security incident management and SOC operating logic;

have a good command of Lithuanian, can read technical information in English and are able to communicate in English both orally and in writing.

We will consider it an advantage:

you have completed an IT internship or have personal projects in the field of system administration, networks, Linux, servers or cybersecurity;

you have tried PowerShell, Bash or other automation tools;

you are familiar with Azure, Entra ID, Intune, virtualization or security solutions;

you are familiar with NIS2, ISO 27001, SOC, SIEM, EDR, Microsoft Defender or other security monitoring tools;

you are interested in process automation using Power Automate, n8n, Microsoft Copilot or similar tools, as well as attempts to create AI agents, internal assistants or integrations between systems.

You do not need to know everything from day one. We value good IT basics, a desire to understand how systems work, and motivation to practically grow in the field of systems administration.
