- TIMOCOM Sp. z o.o.
Nature of work
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide support to B2B customers from all over Europe who use the TIMOCOM Marketplace.
A large part of your working day consists of telephone communication: receiving and analyzing customer inquiries, identifying needs and finding effective solutions.
Your daily tasks will include:
➡ Handling B2B customer inquiries by phone and email,
➡ Independently handling most inquiries - from the received message, its analysis, to the final decision,
➡ Answering customer questions related to the use of the tool, payments, complaints and contracts,
➡ Introducing the program, coordinating administrative and tax issues and conducting negotiations,
➡ Maintaining customer relationships, documenting contacts and updating information in the Customer Management System (QMS),
➡ Cooperation with other teams, including Sales and Business Security.
What does our work look like?
➡ We work in an environment where many different requests arise. Not all conversations are easy. Therefore, self-control, active listening and businesslike communication are important.
➡ We work based on goals and quantitative and qualitative indicators (KPIs). Smooth service is important, as is the accuracy of the information transmitted and the correctness of the data.
