Junior Customer Service Manager – AutoLAB

We are expanding our customer service team and are looking for two new team members.

AutoLAB is a car aesthetics and body care center that has been operating for more than a decade. We work with car polishing, protective coatings, chemical interior cleaning, body repair and painting work and other car aesthetics services.

We are looking for responsible, fast-learning people who would like to learn car aesthetics services, professionally serve customers and grow with the company.

Previous experience in the automotive field is not necessary - the most important thing is responsibility, the ability to communicate, the desire to learn and work neatly according to established processes.

What you will do:

• You will serve customers by phone, e-mail, messages and live.
• You will find out the customer's needs and help choose the most suitable services.
• You will register customers and cars for work.
• You will accept and return customers' cars according to the established procedure.
• You will fill out orders, work cards and other necessary documents.
• You will issue invoices and provide customers with information about billing.
• You will monitor the progress of work and inform customers about changes in a timely manner.
• You will clearly convey information to the operations manager and foremen.
• You will help plan the work schedule and ensure that the information provided in it is accurate.
• You will check the cleanliness of the car and the quality of the work performed according to the checklist before handing it over to the customer.
• You will help maintain order in the customer and administrative areas.
• You will record the need for materials, office supplies and other necessary goods.
• If you notice a problem, discrepancy or process deficiency, you will record it and pass it on to the operations manager.

Lack of experience in the automotive field is not an obstacle. We will provide structured training, service information, work instructions and practical introduction to the position.

Salary:

€1,000 in cash per month.

A salary of €1,000 in cash is paid during the trial and training period.

Working hours: full-time, according to an agreed schedule.
