In it, I served the customers of the largest electricity and gas supplier in Lithuania. 😜 What will your working day look like?
- As the voice of the company, you will ensure that customers are provided with the necessary information
- You will communicate only with the company's existing customers (incoming calls), and you will monitor the necessary information in internal systems 💻
- You will strive to ensure that customers are satisfied after the conversation with detailed information on the issues that arise 📞
- With your good mood, you will provide excellent service quality and be part of an innovative team responsible for customer service 🏆
