In it, I served the customers of the largest electricity and gas supplier in Lithuania. 😜 What will your working day look like?
- Being the voice of the company, you will ensure that customers are provided with the necessary information
- You will communicate only with the existing clients of the company (incoming calls), and you will monitor the necessary information in internal systems 💻
- You will try to ensure that customers remain satisfied after the interview after receiving detailed information on the questions that arise 📞
- Your good mood will provide excellent service quality and you will be part of an innovative team responsible for customer service 🏆
